My Two Toddlers: Can’t-Miss Family Fun in Ocean County This Weekend!

With Halloween over, we are still in the midst of Fall festivities! Here's a few things to do in and around Ocean County this weekend. As always, if you have an event, you would like featured, contact me! Also... be on the lookout for HOLIDAY events and activities! (It's my favorite time of year!)

1. Sip in Autumn Wine Festival

📅 When: Saturday, November 2, 12 PM & Sunday, November 3, 5 PM

📍 Where: Veterans Park, Berkeley Twp.

New Jersey’s final wine festival of the season is here! This two-day event invites adults to sample wines from eight wineries, enjoy artisan crafts, and gourmet food trucks, all set against the beautiful backdrop of autumn at Veterans Park. With live music, tastings, and the chance to chat with winemakers, this one’s perfect for a family day out with some adult-friendly fun! (Maybe consider a kid-friendly visit earlier in the day if you’re bringing little ones along).

2. SVO’s 4th Annual Fall Family Festival

📅 When: Saturday, November 2, 12 PM – 3 PM

📍 Where: 2139 Route 35 N, Holmdel

Seaview Orthopaedics is hosting its annual Fall Family Festival with a lineup of exciting activities! Expect live music, food trucks, face painting, inflatables, and raffles. With music by local favorite No Standards on the RWJBarnabas Health stage, it’s a lively day that’s sure to keep everyone entertained. Plus, they’re fundraising for the Monmouth County SPCA, so there’s a chance to support a great cause while having fun.

3. First Ever SEFJS Christmas Party

📅 When: Saturday, November 2 (Time TBD)

📍 Where: Manchester Twp High School

Kick off the holiday season early at SEFJS’s first Christmas party, complete with craft stations, face painting, and giveaways for kids. DJ Eddie will be spinning tunes, and there will be a photo op with “Asbury Santa K.” The event asks that attendees bring an unwrapped gift, gift card, or donation, helping to spread joy to children in need.

4. Laser Taylor Swift Show

📅 When: Dates Available (Check website for availability)

📍 Where: Robert J. Novins Planetarium

🎟️ Tickets: booking.ocean.edu

Swifties of all ages are welcome at this unique show featuring Taylor Swift’s hits set to laser lights! With tracks spanning her ten different eras, fans can sing along and watch a mesmerizing laser light display. It’s a fun date night for parents or a treat for older kids who love Taylor’s music.

5. One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure

📅 When: Check website for showtimes

📍 Where: Robert J. Novins Planetarium
